Introducing the Access LMS

We are excited to introduce a new fresh look for our LMS.

What's new?

Back in April last year, we announced that Unicorn Training had joined the Access Group as part of an exciting next step in our evolution. This brought with it the fantastic opportunity for the LMS to integrate with Access's successful collaborative software solution Access Workspace.

Access Workspace

You can now get all the existing functionality of the LMS integrated with Access Workspace, allowing you to access all of your software from Access in one place with a single sign-on.

Users have total control to personalise their work space enabling them to view the features and information most valuable to them. They can choose which apps to display on their dashboard giving them quick access to the functionality they use the most.

Quickly search for and launch content with apps

The LMS has two apps available to add to your Access Workspace:

My Learning enables users to quickly launch learning content they have been assigned in due date order.

Find Learning enables the user to search for content that they have access to in the LMS and complete it within Workspace.

The full LMS can also be launched by choosing Learning from the 9-dot menu in Access Workspace, alongside any other platforms they have access to.

A new look and feel

The LMS has a bold new theme, which can still be customised to suit your organisation's colour scheme and branding.
