May and June Webinar Schedule

May and June Webinar Schedule

Our webinar schedule for May and June 2019 is now live on Unicorn Help covering our core administrator topics including:

  • Content Management
  • Introduction to eCreator
  • Registration Rules & Email Reminders
  • Reporting Administration

The new Forms and Workflows webinar focuses entirely on form templates, demonstrating the exciting new features and recent developments we’ve communicated through our release notes. This includes fully customising your workflows, designing your layout using the range of fields available and automating how data appears in your forms. To ensure you get the most out of this session, we recommend you watch Create a Form Activity on Unicorn Help. This video provides an introduction to how Forms and Workflows work in the Unicorn LMS, along with guidance on creating form activities.

Responsibilities Maps is now a regular feature in our webinar schedule. The Responsibilities Map tool helps you comply with the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) requirements. We’re running one session a month so make sure you book early to guarantee a space.

All administrators are welcome on our webinars whether you are new to the LMS or need a refresher. They are also free of charge! You can access the schedule here, where you can read a description of what is included in each webinar.

Please email our Learning Managers to enquire or book on to a session. Places are limited to six per session to encourage questions and interaction so please book early to avoid disappointment. May we also politely remind you, should you no longer be able to attend a webinar, please email the Learning Managers to cancel your booking as we often have people on the waiting list.

If you are unable to join a scheduled webinar, you can watch one of the recordings available on Unicorn Help. The recorded webinars cover all of the topics on our schedule.
