New mortgage industry guide adds focus to professionalism drive ‘Working Together’ – a new industry guide to lender and intermediary accountabilities and responsibilities in mortgage sales and servicing – has once again reiterated the paramount need for mortgage sector employees to keep their knowledge and training fully up-to-date.
