Positive Solutions Academy goes live.
The new Positive Solutions Learning Academy, developed by Unicorn and powered by our STUDYserveTM platform, successfully launched last week and initial indications are that it will prove a huge success.

Developed in conjunction with the Chartered Insurance Institute, the new Academy aims to set the benchmark for professional development within the financial services sector.
Speaking as the network unveiled the new Learning Academy, the chief executive of Positive Solutions Jim Reeve described the training drive as one of the most "influential and advanced learning initiatives the financial services industry had seen in decades".
The platform enables advisers to research and sign up for a wide range of training and development initiatives over the company’s adviser extranet, to log their progress towards Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications and book face-to-face training provided by the CII and Positive Solutions partner product providers. This follows Positive Solutions’ promise to cover the costs of all Partners’ CII diploma qualification materials, course guides, online educational learning and exam entry.
Initial indications are that the launch has been a huge success, with almost 600 IFA partners registered for membership of the Positive Solutions Learning Academy in its first three days.
“We are obviously delighted with the initial response to the launch but believe this is only the beginning with increasing numbers of Partners likely to become involved in the coming months,” said chief executive Jim Reeve. “Advisers understand that focusing on their own personal and professional development is essential to their future success in the industry, enabling them to give a higher standard of advice and to break into new markets.

“Creating the Learning Academy shows Positive Solutions stands out from its rivals for giving its advisers more opportunity for success. This early response shows that our Partners are just as keen to make that success happen.”
