Slight Changes in the order of forms within the Forms Homepage Portlet
Is it a new feature or an upgrade? | This is an upgrade to the Forms Portlet which is visible on the homepage of sites using Training & Compliance. |
How it works… | The Forms Homepage Portlet now displays incomplete forms/appraisals first, those which are yet to be started second, and forms/appraisals of managed staff third. |
Why is this beneficial? | Giving priority to incomplete forms/appraisals means there’s less chance of starting a new task before finishing an old one. |
Default or configurable? | This feature is automatically available in SkillsServe 4.9 when using the Forms Homepage Portlet. |
