At the forefront of our support offering sits our fantastic Helpdesk team. Their knowledge and experience ensures you will find a solution to even the most complex query.
The Helpdesk team will always aim to provide the right solution when you first get in touch, but if for any reason this isn’t possible they will escalate the query to the correct Unicorn who will be able to help. We don’t do, we teach. In other words, we take the time to understand your requirements, to then talk you through it in plain, simple English, giving you the confidence to get the most from your solution.

We’ re proud to say our customer service excellence is accredited by the National Skills Academy. This demonstrates our commitment to providing a consistently high-quality, professional service to all our existing and future customers. There are a few different ways we offer support at Unicorn:
Phone – Call us on 0800 055 6586 between 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Help Forum – log a question with our team or to find an answer at any time. This is a peer-to-peer forum where Unicorn LMS users, as well as our Helpdesk team, can provide the best advice from experience.
LMS Help and Discussions tab – lets you raise tickets, provide feedback and get guidance without having to pick up the phone or email us.
